All our products are shipped securely using a tracked shipping method. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150, depending on your region—no code required, as the discount is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping also includes duties.

Please note that once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. Allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, and your order will arrive based on the estimated delivery timeline provided. Delivery times are approximate and may vary.

During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may be longer due to high order volumes. We ship only on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
