RETURN PERIOD: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items without providing a reason. Please ensure the return shipment is sent back to us within this 14-day period.
RETURN CONDITIONS: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resale condition with original tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN COSTS: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary depending on the courier and the country from which the package is returned.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you wish to exchange a product, please indicate this when registering your return, and we will begin processing it immediately to ensure a swift exchange within a few days. Returns are typically processed within 10 working days after we receive the package in our warehouse. You can track the return shipment with the provided tracking number to see when it arrives. The 10 working days begin once the package is received. After processing your return, you will be notified once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
